Domain Name Renewal

If you have registered a domain name with Network Solutions (InterNIC) other domain registration service providers, you now can renew it at only 900 Baht/year/domain. While normally you have to pay the renewal fee at US$35 or about 1,500 Baht/year/domain. With the privileges from Network Solutions which ThaiNIC is entitled to, you can save the renewal fee up to 600 Baht/year/domain.

What you have to do to get this special renewal fee is to have "Max Savings (Thailand) Co., Ltd." as billing contact of your domain name. You can check the information of billing contact at Whois. If it is not "Max Savings (Thailand) Co., Ltd.", you have to request to have it changed accordingly at least 45 days prior to the expiration date of your domain name. For example, if your domain name expires on August 10, 2001, you must send in a request of domain renewal and pay the renewal fee no later than June 25, 2001. Otherwise you may end up paying at the full rate.

Remark
1.	You can see the information of your domain name at Whois Search.
2.	In case you do not send in a request of domain renewal and pay the renewal fee according to the time frame above, which results in not being able to renew the domain name at 900 Baht/year/domain we will transfer the unused renewal fee less handling charge of 150 Baht and bank charge (if any) back to your bank account. If you paid the renewal fee by credit card, we will refund the unused renewal fee less handling charge of 150 Baht and related bank charge to you via your credit card.
